  1. Still a very cool site design, but I’m not sure really what’s going on here.

I guess we’ll find out as the episodes go on.

Good way to hook readers in though. Keep them coming back for more.

  2. Mike says:

    Jack’s my kinda guy.

    Does he do lunch ?

Is he available for joint ventues ;-)

    Great use of “video”.

  3. Am I the first to notice that both characters you used are names used in Fight Club (Lou’s basement)? I’ll be looking for the next subliminal.

    Nice vid T.

  4. brian says:

    Buck, yes you are.

    Marla is up next. :)

  5. Melody says:

Well as I haven’t watched ‘Fight Club’ I don’t see the connections – however I do recognise good marketing hooks when I see them…

    Keep them coming…………

  6. brian says:

Melody, don’t worry. The Fight Club references are only there to amuse people who’ve read or seen Fight Club.

    The story is independent. :)

  7. Hi Brian,
the videos/comics are awesome…keep up the exellent work…to your success!!!

  8. Kelly says:

    Brian and Tony,

Wow, what a lot of work. It’s just beautiful (well, you know, in a cool sort of a way).

I’m curious as to what the main typeface is for LA? It’s similar to a sporty favorite of mine called Revival but a bit more restrained.

Looking forward to your next installment….

    Regards,

    Kelly

  9. Dee says:

Man, I hope I don’t turn out like Lou. I’m pretty organized like him (I’m an Accounting grad) but I am trying to be more creative and flexible like Jack.

Can you be both organized and creative? :)

I look forward to more content on Lateral Action to increase my creativity. Thanks for the cool videos.

  10. Tony says:

Kelly, the font is Tandelle (beautiful in a cool sort of way — I like that :) ).

  11. I love the idea, the creativity, the mad animation skills, the equally mad ability to make a point in such a short time.

I was Jack once upon a time… Hope to get there again someday. Right now, I am just an unorganized Lou.

We shall see how it all turns out.

    Keep up the great work.

    –David
