@ Tim – “Creativity always comes from your unconscious.” I would qualify that with ‘often’. Conscious craft has its place. And sometimes it isn’t rocket science, it just takes the courage to try the ‘obvious’ logical solution that no-one else has noticed yet.

@ Todd – Yes, internal/intrinsic motivation beats external motivators for anything that really matters.
