One other way you can be creative is by employing &quot;knowledge arbitrage&quot; - take what works in one field and apply it to another.

A few examples:
1. Bag Borrow or Steal (http://www.bagborroworsteal.com/) is Netflix for luxury handbags

and

2. Chegg (http://www.chegg.com) is Nextflix for textbooks.
